My Absolute Fix to Tendonitis and Back Pain

I can't even believe I'm writing this, but after years of chronic tendonitis in my elbow, or "golfer's and tennis elbow", the area is healed. I played 18 holes of golf last week with zero pain or sensitivity when we were done.
Another of my chronic issues was intense "pinching" pain that would start from a specific spot between my spine and my left shoulder blade, and the pain wound radiate and pinch under my shoulder blade, over the blade, and would wrap around under my armpit and into my ribs. I would spend hours massaging, massage gunning, and would layer my back in Salonpas just to get some rest! (These are amazing, as well, for pain relief and for being able to sleep at night, you can get there here: https://amzn.to/44b9DRX)
Both issues are GONE. These debilitating, chronic issues are completely healed after just a few treatments (like one for my back and three for my elbow) of a newish therapy called "Shockwave Therapy". The doctor or therapist used this handheld gun looking device to "shoot" acoustic sound waves into your injury site, and these powerful waves break up scar tissue and calcified deposits, increase circulation, and stimulate your cells to generate new bone and connective tissue.

Other issues this might be able to fix could be plantar fasciitis or other soft tissue injuries. We were using the shockwave gun on my elbow, and the clinic was using other modalities for my back pain, but after several chiropractic adjustments and tens type of therapies my back was not getting relief. My therapist suggested trying the shockwave gun on my back, and after assuring me that the device could not hurt me or do further damage, I agreed to give it a try (note on Web MD, it says not to use this on your spine, near malignant tumors, near the lungs, or close to a pregnant womb, so I guess this was close to my spine and lungs, so make sure your practitioner knows what they're doing). After ONE treatment on my back and shoulder, the pain has been gone for over a month. I feel kind of bad not going back into the office for any more of my recommended treatments, but I just don't need them!
I am in the Dallas area, and I got the treatment at Reform Ortho and Sports Rehab under the care of Dr. Travis Mann: https://www.reformorthosport.com/
I like Travis, he's fun, knowledgeable, and full of energy. This treatment is supposed to be a bit painful, so when the therapist was beginning treatment on my elbow, Dr. Mann peaked behind the curtain and watched with a smirk on his face to see if I could handle it. It really isn't that bad! It hurts in a "I'm getting the best massage of my life" kind of way, where you can feel like it is actually doing something. I did not need to take a break at all, and after a long couple of minutes, the session is over. No need for ice or anything after treatment, and you can go right on with your daily activities. Don't be scared! This treatment is the #1 thing I have ever done to correct these chronic issues, and I would recommend this to everyone to try.
So, if you're in the North Texas area, you can go see Dr. Mann, however I believe this treatment is gaining popularity. It definitely wasn't around when I first got my tendonitis about 10 years ago!
Let me know if you try this and how it works for you, or you are also more than welcome to reach out to me with any questions.
